Rachael White

Rachael has been with Business Travel Team since December 1992 and the most memorable moment was the decision to take over the business with Kirstine, her sister, in April 2002 and to both take on the role as Joint Managing Directors.  

Prior to working for BTT Rachael worked previously in hotels in Boston, USA and London and so fitted perfectly into a role as an Account Executive with BTT. 

Rachael enthusiastically takes clients' briefs and being given the chance to think creatively in order to produce an event that goes beyond everyone’s expectations. Always keen to go the extra mile to make something work out, she is a hands on event management professional. 

Kirstine White

Kirstine started at Business Travel Team in the September of 1994 at the tender age of 21 as an Account Executive - eager to learn and very excited too!! 

Kirstine became Account Director in just a few years and in 2002 had the opportunity of acquiring the business alongside her sister. Once the contracts were signed, there was no stopping them growing the business. So it was full steam ahead in developing BTT for the new millenium. 

Kirstine has never lost the excitement of being in the "business". She is known in the company (and to suppliers) as the “negotiator” – getting the best deal for our clients and putting together a programme be it incentive or conference that delivers and exceeds clients expectations - this is her primary objective for all clients of BTT.

Wendy Heal 

Wendy joined Business Travel Team in 1986 as the Accounts Clerk and was made Finance Director in 2002. 

Mainly office based but has been known to venture out on site occasionally. Wendy likes to live under a rock, in fact we think she is our rock, she is the person who is consistently available in the office for clients speak to.

At home Wendy likes to solve a good murder mystery on TV, at Work she takes this skill under her wing in resolving all manner of situations to enable the logistics of our events to run smoothly.  Wendy’s attention to detail does not allow any detail to go unnoticed.
